Looking After Your Little Ones
At Dolphins Child Care Centre, we provide a bit of respite for Mums and Dads in Tuncurry with our toddlers and babies rooms. With our educators they’re in great hands; they’ll enjoy their free time almost as much as you will! They’ll spend their day receiving lots of love and attention—not to mention cuddles in our Periwinkles Room. Once they’re old enough to start exploring, we’ll foster their development through a mix of play-based learning and our music-based curriculum. When they’ve outgrown our Dolphins Cottage, they can move on to one of our three preschool rooms.
Periwinkle Room (0-2yrs)
Our Periwinkles room caters for babies and toddlers up to 2 years old where we provide a welcoming and loving reception for all our new children. Each child’s individual needs will always come first, which is why we have child-to-educator ratios that are smaller than required of us.
Seahorses Room (2-3yrs)
Our Seahorses room is full of fun, inclusive and play-based learning. Our educators nurture each child’s confidence and independence through activities focusing on the creative, sensory, physical and cognitive aspects of development. Over time, we develop observations based on each child, enabling us to focus on their specific needs and interests.
